REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds for services provided by RNDWear Kft ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
1. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
1.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans, we offer a prorated refund if you cancel your subscription within the first 14 days of your billing cycle. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle, but your subscription will continue until the end of the paid period.
1.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans, we offer a full refund if you cancel your subscription within the first 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal date. After 30 days, we may offer a partial, prorated refund at our discretion, less an administrative fee of $25 or 10% of the remaining subscription value, whichever is greater.
1.3 Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support. Cancellation will stop future automatic renewals, but will not terminate your current subscription period or entitle you to a refund except as specified above.
2. ONE-TIME PURCHASES
2.1 Service Credits
Service credits or one-time purchases for additional storage, bandwidth, or processing capacity are non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
2.2 Custom Services
Custom development, integration services, or other professional services are subject to the refund terms specified in the individual service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, deposits for custom services are non-refundable.
3. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
3.1 Service Disruption
If our Services experience significant downtime or technical issues that substantially impair your ability to use the Services for more than 24 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period. We will evaluate such claims on a case-by-case basis.
3.2 Ineligible Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Dissatisfaction with the Services where the Services are functioning as described
- Misunderstanding of Service features or limitations clearly disclosed in our documentation
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Changes in business needs or requirements
- Failure to cancel auto-renewal before the renewal date

4.1 How to Request a Refund

Services purchased with promotional codes, special offers, or significant discounts may be subject to different refund terms, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
5.2 Account Termination
If we terminate your account due to violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund.
5.3 Force Majeure
We reserve the right to modify our refund policy in the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or significant economic disruptions.
